1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Penguin Corporation S.A.C., RUC (Peruvian tax ID) 20606521741, domiciled in Lima, Peru. We process your data in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily give us in the contact form: name, work email, company, phone (optional), your topic of interest and the message you send us. In addition, when you use the site, technical data such as your IP address and browser are processed for the anti-bot protection and usage measurement described below.
3. Purpose
We use your data only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo or assess the feasibility of a project. We do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only processed by the providers listed in section 4, to deliver their services to us.
4. Providers and international transfer
To run this site we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting (USA).
- Resend: email delivery, both the notice of your message to our team and our reply (USA).
- Cloudflare: Turnstile anti-bot check on the form (global network).
- Google: Analytics and Tag Manager, to measure site usage (USA).
- Railway: hosting of our contact management system and its work queues (USA).
- HubSpot: CRM where we record your contact details (USA).
- Anthropic: artificial intelligence that classifies your request and drafts a reply (USA).
- Langfuse: technical logging of how the artificial intelligence works (USA).
- Telegram: internal notice to our team to approve the reply, and backup if other channels fail (several countries).
With these services we classify your request, record your contact details and prepare the reply. A person on our team reviews and approves every reply before it is sent.
As a result, your data is hosted mainly in the USA and may be transferred outside Peru. These providers offer contractual protection guarantees equivalent to those of Law No. 29733.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal period in commercial matters.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing by writing to [email protected].
7. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for it to work. It also uses Google Analytics analytics cookies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. These cookies are activated on your first interaction with the page (for example, moving the mouse, scrolling, tapping the screen or pressing a key) or a few seconds after it loads. We currently do not show a notice asking for your prior consent. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
